Help me give my students new read aloud books to deepen their understanding of print concepts and story elements.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I teach a sweet group of 22 kindergarteners! These students attend a Title I school in Eastern North Carolina where the majority of them come from low-income families and face many challenges at home. Over 90% of the school's population live in poverty and all receive free breakfast and lunch. Their parents work hard to provide for them so they are left with very little time to help my students academically. Some of my students have never had any prior school experience or exposure to learning opportunities until enrolled in kindergarten.
Despite these challenges, my babies come in every morning eager to learn with a smile on their face!
My kindergarten students love to sit on the carpet and hear a class read aloud! We are in need of new books to read in our classroom that teach us about manners, rules, important holidays, seasons and more. We currently make do by using youtube read aloud channels when needed but my students would benefit from having these books to read and hold themselves.
This would encourage them to read more often and to deepen their understanding of story elements and print concepts.
My students love being read to and I would love to be able to give them new and exciting books.
