My students are amazing! My school district is 100% free lunch. My students face many challenges each and every day, but still come to school with smiles on their faces, ready to learn! Several of my students come from low income families and use school as their safe haven. No matter what is going on in their lives, they always try to make the most out of school. I love watching my students overcome many challenges to become successful and thrive!
My Project
These materials will make a huge difference in my student's learning. Good reading materials are so hard to come by. My school has an amazing book room, but the materials I need to help my students are constantly checked out before I can get to them.
Many of my students struggle with reading.
They need access to high quality materials to help boost their reading skills. My students are so eager to learn. New, exciting, engaging materials will help them reach their reading goals and achieve things that they didn't think were possible. I am so excited to use the reading cards in small groups. It's exactly what my students need!
