My Students
"To infinity and beyond!" My students have taken a tip from Buzz Lightyear and are eager to read more books on the solar system!
Our school is small but full of wonderfully active and engaging students. We are located in an old, established neighborhood, where our building is on the historic register. Unfortunately, due to the poor economy, our library has been without a book budget for the past few years.
My Project
Our library has been unable to update many of its most used sections. The solar system books we have are old and worn. With these new books, our students will be able to do reports as well as fuel their imaginations. It would be exciting for them to have new books with updated information!
Getting new books is like opening a present. While informative, they are also full of fantasy and dreams. My hope is that these books will be used and loved for a long time to come.
