Help me give my students snacks (Bottled water, Pringle's and Frito-Lay chips, Biscoff cookies, Kellog's cereal, and Nutri-grain Cereal bars) to re-energize them in finishing their long day of learning.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
I teach a blended Pre-K classroom for 4-5 year olds. Each child in my classroom loves learning and do learn in their own way and capacity. They are loving, respectful, and extremely happy young children. Pure joy is how I would describe them if I only had two words to describe them.
My students come to school full of ideas, energy, and hunger for learning.
They are competitive and challenge each other daily. It sure keeps them searching for answers and wanting to share their learning. The joy they bring daily inspires me to want to do more to feed their hunger for learning.
My Project
My students are full of energy and are eager to learn. However, just like a laptop computer they need to be recharged after working for a long period of time. They work and play hard.
My students are in constant motion and what a better way to be recharged than to have a nice cold bottle of water and a snack of Kellogg's cereal and milk, cereal bar, a bag of chips, or a few cookies to get them back to work.
A small snack will not only give my students much needed energy to continue to work, but put smiles on their faces too.
