My Students

Do you remember the feeling of accomplishment you experienced when you saw your first project through to completion? Please join my diverse group of curious and hard-working students on a great discovery of what can be gained by diving into deep, hands-on learning. I work with a team of committed educators who work together to integrate Science, Technology, and the Arts into our lessons. Your donation will help students gain mastery across all curriculum areas.

Our school is a mini United Nations of sorts - the children represent a wide range of rich cultures and languages.

Each child is unique in their own way. Our students range in ability from those with special needs to those who are identified as gifted and everything in between. Their parents are committed to the children's education and are involved in school activities and the school district provides us with the basics needed for learning. Unfortunately, school budgets are limited and we cannot get the professional presenters we need to take learning to the next level. With your help, my team can put together a world-class Science Fair at our school. Please help our students' dreams become reality.

My Project

Each year in March, our school puts on our Annual Science Fair. During the Science Fair, students in grades Transitional Kindergarten through 5th display their Science Fair Collections, Models, and Experiments. We also invite members from different fields in the science community to participate as exhibitors at our Fair. Exhibitors provide short demonstrations and/or hands-on activities geared toward elementary aged science students.

The Science Fair gives our students a chance to showcase their learning and hard work while also providing them with the opportunity to interact with professional scientists from the community.

Our goal is to inspire students to become life-long learners in the field of science. Your donation will allow us to organize our Science Fair participants, providing booths for our students and exhibitors.
