My students need these basic items to get our program up and running - since this is the first year of volleyball at our school, the school will be absorbing a lot of the cost.

My Students
With slow pitch softball dwindling in the state of Mississippi, many schools are starting volleyball as an alternative for girl athletes to participate in a scholarship eligible sport. These students would be 7th-12th grade females who strive to learn the game of volleyball from the very beginning. This will be a new team at our school and with athletic money tight, we would like to ask for help in funding our volleyball program.
There are many needed supplies which would benefit the girls and their endeavors to play this new sport of volleyball for the inaugural year at MHS.
My Project
Donations to our team will help the school with the cost of a startup program. The school will have to spend around $6000.00 to start the program and any donations made would help offset these expenses.
I am asking for some practice balls, a scoreboard, and a bag for traveling and a scorebook - these items are necessary to play.
