Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For the past 3 years, students have been trying to revive the theater department on our campus. The group has been mostly student-led and has performed two productions for our campus and community as well as participated in our city's Shakespeare Fest. They even won first place last year, which demonstrates their passion for the arts.

With these items, their potential grows.

These microphones will allow students to perform in the big theater without worrying if the audience in the back can hear them for our next production, The Twelve Huntsmen, and all performances thereafter. While we acquired some mics in a previous campaign, more are needed to cover all characters in the play.

With these items, the graduating seniors (and founding members) can put on a show to remember and be confident that their hard work will continue after they are gone.
