Help me give my students indoor recess games to play. Technology has taken over and I would like to provide my students with board and card games to play during rainy day recess.
I am teaching at a K-5 elementary school. Our school has over 701 students in a K-5 setting. Our school has many opportunities for students to learn and grow.
I would like to help them achieve their highest potential in my classroom.
I am wanting to provide indoor recess opportunities for them. I would like to introduce the kids to card and board games that they could use during rainy days. I have learned that board and card games are a thing of the past due to technology.
My Project
Technology has taken over our kids' lives. I would love to introduce them to fun board games that they can learn and play with their classmates. When I was little, we always played board and card games on rainy days. Help me provide board and card games for my kids to play on rainy days.
These games will provide my students with opportunities to help with their learning, social and communication skills.
According to logicroot.com, many board games deal with cognitive functions such as memory, information retention, problem-solving, and complex situations. These aspects of board games help to develop the mind and sharpen memory. Board games will help develop relationships among my students. Board games also help with a child's development and growth.
