Our school community is comprised of diverse learners from a plethora of cultural backgrounds. There are at least 30 different languages spoken by families at this school. The school is located in a high poverty area, and the all students receive a free lunch. Our school strives to positively support our student learners.
Students in my class are learning how to be inclusive, responsible and respectful, in addition to all of the academic curriculum.

My Project
There are so many noises all day long that can distract my students from settling down and working to their full potential.
By pre loading peaceful, calm music on the SanDisk SDMX28-016G-G46K Clip Sport Plus MP3 and wireless headphones (so that I can keep the MP3 in my possession), my students will be able to enjoy a peaceful and quiet work space.
For the students who just want some quiet from the constant screaming from recess, or the fans that will be cooling the classroom, the ear muffs will help clear out that background noise. Let the peace and quiet begin!
