My Students
I have a great class that loves learning! They each have their own very unique abilities and enthusiasm. Each day, I incorporate guided reading, Daily 5 stations, writing, guided math centers and all kinds of fun learning centers to help meet each individual needs of the children in my classroom. This year, the district has provided an iPad for each of my students. The kids love to use all of the various educational materials that are available on the device.
My Project
My kindergarten students use iPads to work on learning programs such as eSpark and ABCya. While these programs provide great learning opportunities for the child using the tablet, they can be a distraction to the other children who are trying to do some other type of work.
Wireless headphones would allow my students to continue to receive differentiated instruction via the iPad without distracting the other children from their work.
The wireless option will benefit the children because it eliminates the cord (which is typically goes bad with normal headphones rendering them useless). Thank you for considering donating to our project!
