My Students
Hello all,
I am the instructor for a wonderful group of students who want to learn and are eager to do whatever they are asked. I feel blessed to be working with these children. Although many live below the poverty level, they want to do well and they understand the importance of education but they are still working on attaining proficiency in the English language. These students and their parents want so much for them to gain knowledge that will help them be able to improve there abilities and provide for their families. Many of these students already work to help their families make ends meet.
My Project
These materials will be used to help students who are behind in their skills and are in the middle school where they need extra help to catch up on their education. These students were learning to ask to go to the bathroom while their counterparts were learning multiplication, division, and correct language usage so they need extra instruction to go back and catch up while continuing with their regular coursework.
Students will be able to self check and self teach some of the skills they are behind in using these materials. These children thirst for knowledge and love the ability to learn things without the entire school knowing that they need this instruction. Your help will greatly enhance my ability to help them and to teach them how to help themselves as well. My goal is to teach them to be lifelong learners and to never give up!
