My Students

My learners come to school each and every day with a smile on their face and ready to learn. They all come from different backgrounds, but once they enter the classroom a community is built out of trust, respect, and kindness. In over 18 years in education, I have not seen a classroom of understanding, learners that are so accepting of each other's uniqueness personalities.

Every learner is willing to give and accept help from each other in very kind ways.

My Project

Overcoming the challenges involved in solving puzzles gives them a sense of pride and self-esteem. ... In a nutshell, puzzles are very important in assisting the children to develop emotional skills, cognitive skills, and physical skills. Those are the benefits of puzzles in early childhood development. The fascinating images on our giant floor puzzles give kids an up-close look at their favorite themes—from transportation and dinosaurs to bugs, seasons and more! Delightful art and bold letters help children practice alphabet sequencing and initial sounds as they link together this fun floor puzzle. Puzzle measures 10' long and has 27 big, sturdy pieces.
