This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Thanks so much in advance for your generous donation! My students have been delayed in the learning due to the pandemic. My students will be exhilarated to have the opportunity to use these puzzles in the classroom and therapy room! These materials will help my students to develop their visual motor, fine motor coordination, visual perceptual, and problem solving skills. I am part of a team of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Therapists who collaborate to treat students with disabilities. The classifications include Autism, Down syndrome, Batten's Disease, Angelman syndrome, ADHD, and Speech Delays (Grades 3-5). We would be so delighted to receive these items for the new year to help these students learn!
