This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are full of energy and wonder. They love to explore and learn new things. Even though many of my students are from low-income families, they still have a sense of wonder about learning. It is very important to me to make sure that my students feel safe, valued, and excited.

Having a color printer in my classroom will help my students use technology and be able to share their wonderful writing.

The product that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional options in sharing their work. The color printer and ink will be extremely beneficial for students to print their twenty-first century projects using technology.

A printer will not only be useful for printing my students' writing, but it will also be used to print other sheets needed for comprehension, close reading lessons, and holiday activities. A printer makes the life of a teacher and students much easier and less stressful.

I have seen how choice can positively affect my students' work and demeanor, and hope that the additional options will help us grow even more!
