We are a public school in Arizona made up of middle class families.
Our fifth grade classroom is a general education classroom of 26 students composed of boys and girls of varying educational levels. We share our love of learning throughout the day teaching reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. Many of my students are visual learners who need multiple learning strategies in every subject area, especially math. An Ipad in the classroom helps engage and motive every learner so please help protect this device by donating toward a case and an apple pencil.
My Project
Our current ipad is being used daily for online distance leaning instruction. Currently there is no protective case on the ipad or an apple pencil to use as we navigate math virtually everyday.
The apple pencil would greatly improve the neatness and accuracy especially while writing and color coding math problems for students to see on their computer screens at home.
A protective case will help extend the valuable life of our ipad and protect the device from being damaged in everyday use.
The apple pencil will be a huge benefit while teaching math content during online learning.
