I teach Technology at a multi-track year round school. We are one of the largest elementary schools in the state. I teach over 1,000 students, who speak at least 35 different languages other than English at home.
We want all of the students at our school to be 21st century learners and have access to the technology they need in order to organize, create, present, and share their learning!
Having access to technology motivates and excites students, and we want every student to have equal access to technology here at school!
My Project
Our district has provided our school with 40 iPads, but they did not fund a case for them. In order to reduce the risk of screens being cracked and devices being broken, our iPads need a case!
We have a large student population which will have access to these devices, but in order to protect their longevity and make sure these devices are around for years to come, they need a protective case.
New technology excites and motivates students. These iPads will be used to read online books in literacy centers or to publish projects that demonstrate student learning with apps like Seesaw. Please help us safeguard our technology!
