Have you ever tried to complete a task without the right equipment? Our marching band is doing an amazing job this season, however is missing key items to keep the equipment protected and to maximize rehearsal time. Please help this talented group of students "march" their way into success!
The students in my marching band are extremely talented and dedicated students.
They work very hard and have accomplished so much in a short period of time. Many of these students play multiple instruments, audition for region bands, attend marching band festivals on their own time, and practice their own instruments consistently.
My Project
The resources I am requesting will help protect their uniforms from the elements, will allow the percussion section to continue to have quality drumsticks to perform with, and allow us to practice in a variety of locations with the addition of a line painter machine. After at least fifteen years, the marching band has been rejuvenated and most of our equipment has been destroyed or is beyond repair. With what we have, these students have risen above and beyond my expectations and continue to surprise me with their energy and motivation. I would love to give them some more equipment to continue this excitement.
This is an amazing program filled with amazing students who live for music.
These resources will be used for years to come and not just help the current marching band students. Having equipment that helps them succeed shows that what they do is important and appreciated. Thank you for helping our marching band!!
