My students need clear display pockets to protect their artwork in the hallway. These pockets will prevent damage from splashing and tears. It will also improve the aesthetics of the art display with black borders.

My Students
I teach the integrated arts to students in kindergarten through fifth grade, though I am primarily certified in music education.
Through music, visual art, dance, and drama, we explore creativity, build teamwork, and develop a strong work ethic.
I design my curriculum to allow students to explore a wide variety of instruments and expose them to wide variety of music styles and diverse cultures.
My school is located in a rural area. We have 504 students in grades K-5 and 47.7% qualify for free and reduced lunch.
My Project
I am requesting clear display pockets with black borders to protect my students' artwork when it is displayed in the hallway. The pockets will be used when I display art from the cork strips.
The display pockets will protect the students' art from rips, staple holes, and splashes.
The pockets will make it quicker to change out art and eliminate the need for stapling or a staple remover. The black border will improve the aesthetics of the display creating uniformity. The pocket will ensure the art hangs flat against the wall, even if it has curled from paint or glue. The pockets I am requesting are large enough to hold standard 9 x 12 inch construction paper.
