My students need 8 hard shell cases for our brand new Chromebooks!
I am the fortunate teacher of 23 determined students. I work in a school that is the largest of 12 elementary schools in the district. We service over 600 students with a rich diversity of students who come from a variety of backgrounds, with more than 38% of students speaking a second language at home.
My students are very diverse in their learning needs.
I have a handful of students working above grade level expectations, many working well below grade level expectations and a bunch working right at the 3rd grade level. This requires a lot of differentiation when planning and teaching lessons. Although my students work at very different levels, they are all hardworking and eager to learn new concepts.
My students are so very lucky to have received several Chromebook computers for our classroom through Donorschoose.org. In order to maintain the current pristine condition of the Chromebooks, my students are requesting colorful cases.
The hard shell cases clip directly to the Chromebooks and their shatter proof shell will protect them from scratches, knocks and bumps which are inevitable occurrences when students are handling the computers.
These specific cases also have a feature much like a regular keyboard. Two retractable feet are built into the case which allows students to raise and lower the keyboard for more comfortable typing if they are working on an essay or longer project.
DonorsChoose makes it easy for anyone to help a classroom in need. Public school teachers from every corner of America create classroom project requests, and you can give any amount to the project that inspires you.
