My students come from a small, loving community. They are constantly supported by those around them because everyone wants to see them succeed. My students are energetic, caring, curious, and hard-working. They are thinkers, doers, leaders, scientists, artists and so much more.
Each child is different but that's what makes the classroom environment so much better.
We are able to learn from one another and their experiences to become more informed ourselves. The students in my classroom are excited to be at school and want to grasp as much information as possible.
The students in my classroom enjoy being challenged. They want to push themselves to see what they are capable of. Technology is one way to promote higher level thinking. The Dash Robot and Osmo Kit will promote problem solving in the classroom.
In addition to teaching problem solving, these materials introduce coding, a relevant 21st century skill.
Students can control Dash Robot through kid friendly coding software. They can move Dash around the room and make a path for him to follow. Students can also code paths with the Osmo Kit. There are other kits in the Osmo series to promote creativity, problem solving, and student engagement.
