Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
They come to class excited and ready to take on the challenges I throw at them.
They deserve the best classroom I can create. My school is unique in that we are focused on getting students prepared for the working world through our career and technical classes. We need some help here and there to keep it running. My students are respectful, humorous, and ready to be challenged. They try hard every day. I want to make this the most memorable class they ever step in.
My Project
My classroom is HUGE and we need a projector so that I can teach lessons in the back of my classroom while simultaneously teaching lessons in front of my classroom. Our engineering level 2 and 3 students share the same classroom and in order to teach both sections, we need a second projector in the workshop area for me to deliver the critical visual parts of lessons - such as 3D modeling, demonstrating drawing, teaching students how to research, and all of the normal teaching content usually shown on a projector. This projector will meet our needs for our classes.
