My students need an Epson LCD projector for our classroom.
This project expired on February 25, 2013.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
Remember when you were in school and all we had were worksheets and a chalkboard? I want to give my students MORE! With an LCD projector, lessons will be more engaging, interactive, and relevant to my students. It is time to bring some technology into our classroom!
My students are amazing.
Ours is the first public military school in the nation and offers an alternative to the regular high school program. We offer students a strict regimented military style discipline program, which provides for individualized instruction with a teaching ration 15:1. All students are enrolled in Military Science and academic courses account for the remaining schedule.
I am amazed daily by the enthusiasm and positive outlook of my students. I would love to provide them with more technology in the classroom - and you can help!
I am hoping to get this LCD Projector in the classroom as soon as possible. My Foreign Language Department does not have one, and my students are limited to instruction provided through lecture and worksheets. It would be amazing to be able to provide them with a more interactive, engaging and relevant method of instruction. It is hard enough to learn a foreign language; let's make it more fun!
I will be able to use Power Points, games, and more engaging lessons with the students using this projector. I have the lessons and materials all done- I just need a way to present them!
Technology is an integral part of life for today's students.
Without it, I am challenged daily with trying to engage my students in learning. This projector will allow me to bring more technology into the classroom and help students to truly comprehend Spanish.
