My Students

Our first graders are the most wonderful students in the world. This is the statement we express to our students daily. We want all our students to know how wonderful they are to give them a positive attitude about themselves. We want to speak it into existence.

My students are warm, caring, and loving little boys and girls who are eager to learn.

Each day, these great little minds come to school filling my day with so much joy and inspiration!

My Project

My students need access to a high-quality projector that is a basic need for our classroom.

Projecting a variety of Math manipulative will help to make my students learning fun and exciting.

First grade needs visuals to follow along, participate, and understand the concept being taught. It is important to find ways to help keep their attention and ways to keep their focus. Keeping a student who has attention-deficit problems (ADHD) focused and on-task in the classroom is a challenge. It requires experimenting with a variety of approaches. This document camera will help to keep their attention by allowing them to solve math equations with the use of the projector and objects to project.
