Our class is full of bright, respectful, and curious kids ready to learn about the world around them. Residing on the North side of Indianapolis, our school holds a special place in the hearts of our students. They are sweet, young minds looking for a placed to be loved and to learn.
I want our classroom to be a safe place when students can take charge of their learning and foster a sense of self-efficacy.
Together we will achieve this through giving students a chance to explore their interests, pick their own books, and explore the world around them.
My Project
Third grade is a tough year for students. They are required to take a lot of tests, something they weren't used to doing in second grade. In a world full of distractions many of my students have trouble concentrating on the task at hand.
These privacy folders will give students the safe and intimate space they need to immerse themselves fully on their work.
By having these dividers students know that their work is being respected. It will allow them to concentrate only on what is most important and give them a chance to do their very best on each and every test we take.
