Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach at a school located in the heart of San Diego. 100% of our student population receives free lunch. My students are some of the most amazing students that you will ever meet. They are from all over the world. Many came to this country to escape hardships in their countries. My students want to learn so badly and I will stop at nothing to provide them with the best education that I possibly can.
Every donation you make to our class helps make it possible for a child to access learning in a way that they may not have gotten otherwise.

My Project
These products will allow my students to create their work digitally and print it out for display and also to share with others.
Ink is very expensive to continue to supply as a teacher, same with beautiful paper.
I know that when my students are allowed a creative outlet to produce their work, they always go over and beyond. Giving them these opportunities helps the students "buy-in" to the learning and helps them look forward to creating amazing finished products. I believe that giving students choices is so important. Thank you in advance for considering this project. I truly appreciate it.
