My Students

Our program is home to 72 children. Our center's main population is for the children in the Scholar House Program; which is for single parents going to school full time. We are taking a whole family approach where education is key for not only the parents going to school but for the children birth to five years of age.

We also provide services to families living in poverty, homeless, or in foster care.

Our Head Start program is a comprehensive early learning program for preschool-aged children. It is designed to meet children's emotional, social, health, nutritional, and psychological needs.

My Project

These projectors will allow for us to utilize our supplemental curriculum materials to enhance the activities that are being studied.

The projectors will allow for us to add math, science, music, and exercise within the classrooms.

The real-life materials and educational videos that can be brought to the classroom with the projectors will give us the added opportunity to enrich the educational content needed for our children. Our children love to learn how things work and this gives our children the opportunity to get to see those items. We are limited on the ability to go out in our community and see or understand real life in the works. This would give us the opportunity to do so.
