My Project

Our school serves a diverse population that includes approximately 180 curious and energetic middle school students. I teach 6th and 7th graders. Approximately 40% of our student body qualifies for free or reduced-price lunch and we have a significant Native American population. This project is meant to encourage this unique group of students to reach for the stars as they experience daily life in middle school.

This project will provide small prizes and rewards to encourage positive behavior and promote successful study habits and strategies.

The hope is that these incentives will give students something to look forward to in appreciation of their hard work and effort.
