This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
Our students come from a variety of different economic backgrounds with over 50% of our students receiving free or reduced lunch.
My classroom is a haven for creativity and thinking.
My second graders are very inquisitive thinkers. They have a passion for exploration. My classroom is home to imaginative and avid readers and creative writers.
My students love to use many different tools and devices to enhance their education. They are a witty group of students that strive for excellence everyday.
My Project
My second grade students are excellent students. They come in each day ready to learn and tackle new standards and objectives each day. My students are engaged and are excited to have the opportunity to be in school learning after participating in Distance learning for a year and a half.
The materials requested for this project will be used as prizes in our class prize box which can be earned using the Falcon Points they earn by being Fabulous Falcons.
These materials will help motivate students to continue to be leaders in school and also reward them and keep them engaged.
