Help me give my students medals and certificate paper to use for beautiful awards so they will know how special they are!

Our school is a very small, rural school. We are eligible for Title I, and nearly all our students qualify for Free or Reduced School Lunches. Our population is 100% African-American, and many of our students have never been out of the county. A majority of students in our student body are from single parent households or are being raised by a relative, rather than by their parents. Our school is very isolated and the poverty level is extremely high. Most of our students have not had the sort of interesting life experiences upon which to build prior knowledge.
Positive reinforcement is a proven strategy to encourage the best performance from students. Each year we have an awards day ceremony to reward students whose academic performance sets them apart. Because our school is in such a high poverty area, we do not have much money to spend on extra items.
We need to have certificates and medals to give students to reward them for outstanding academic performance.
Our students have so many obstacles to overcome due to poverty and family situations. Students that rise above the problems and inequity that can hinder so many deserve to be recognized for their effort and intelligence.
