Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Holidays are special events that happens in all children's lives. Think of the anticipation and excitement you felt waiting for your gift under the tree and waiting to open it. My students share that excitement and joy of waiting just as I do as an adult. My students are cool, collective, and bright individuals. They each share a special bond in my heart.

My students are adventurous, respectable, and hardworking young adults.

Students at my school each have a different place here. They each matter. As an ELA teacher, they each become excited about learning and progressing in ways they did not know they could. I would like to keep the momentum alive. I am an educator in an impoverished area and some of them will not get the same excitement for the holidays. I want students to have something to look forward to.

My Project

All of my students have been rocking out class assessments and assignments. I am very much proud of the hard work and dedication they are putting into this extreme course. I want to continue awarding them for the great things they are doing and encourage them to keep it going. Although there are some students who may not reach their goal, these small 'popular' incentives will motivate them to do better. With your help I can do just that.

The incentives in this project will be a great guide to giving unlimited prizes to students when they are performing and progressing at a great rate.

By donating to this project, each student will have a chance to be awarded. Each student will get the opportunity to choose an incentive that they will enjoy. These incentives will give students the opportunity to look forward to having some things they will enjoy.
