Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
We are a Title I school located in South Dade, Florida. Most of my students are English language learners and academically in the lowest 25% percentile. My students don't give up; they are warriors trying to succeed in a world full of disadvantages. They are so committed to succeeding that they choose to stay in class for extra support rather than go outside to play during recess; witnessing their dedication makes me proud. I know that having privacy shields and high-quality testing practice will help them succeed.
My Project
As we all know FSA testing is around the corner and I would love to provide my fourth grade students extra practice with high-quality materials and privacy when testing.
Privacy while testing will help them focus on what really is important!
It will block any outside noises and distractions. They will be focusing on their writing and choosing the best responses. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, but you will also ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. I'm sure that all my students will benefit from these materials.
