Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The students in my 7th grade class are a group of diverse students. They are children from many different backgrounds, with many different beliefs and customs, working together on a common goal, education. More than half of my students come from low income households.

They are hardworking, inquisitive and determined young minds.

They have a passion for reading and learning that is outstanding. My students are excellent role models and wish to make a difference in the world. I believe that they should have everything they need to succeed.

My Project

The printer and ink I am requesting for my students will be put to good use. My students have been creating amazing writing samples with their chromebooks. Now they need to see their final writing pieces in black and white. Seeing their finished products printed will give them such a sense of accomplishment.

The donations to this project will help my students get closer to transitioning to a digital environment.

Hopefully student's interest in writing will also be peaked once they have a way to publish their work. My students and I truly need your support to help make this a reality. Thank you!
