My students need a color printer/copier in our classroom to make materials and worksheet copies to learn! We need black and color toner cartridges to refill as well!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
All of our speech and language students are hard workers. They always do their best and are eager to learn. When they come to speech therapy they want to better themselves and meet their goals. They know that with hard work and dedication they will make improvements. They also know that Mrs. Brewster has motivating and inspiring materials to support this learning. With all my students being of different age and learning levels, it can be hard to find materials that support each individuals' needs.
Burbank's speech students are all-star scholars, taking pride in their accomplishments and hard work.
My students enjoy their speech therapy time and are eager to come and learn. However, they won't be anymore if we don't have the materials needed to make that learning happen!
My Project
My students need a printer/scanner/copier in our classroom to efficiently learn and practice our speech and language skills! All the fun motivating materials we use need to be printed in color (then laminated and saved to reuse over & over!) and our school's current color printer is out of toner and the district cannot replace. The black and white copier for our campus is on the other side of the building and therefore not quickly accessible to groups of students during the school day.
Having a large laser printer in our room will make creating materials WITH and FOR my students a piece of cake!
We often need to print on-the-fly picture supports for nonverbal students. Or I need copies of reading passages or worksheets to pass out to small groups of students for language activities we are doing. For students' special education documents I often need to scan and upload signatures and work samples for IEPs and assessment reports, this printer will make this happen!
