Help me give my students all the advantages of having a printer that works and is readily available for my use. I can create and print worksheets that are specifically designed for each individual child.
My students are smart, curious and ready to learn from the first day to the last. The students begin their school careers in my classroom and I hope to teach them to love learning. Some of my students are ESL learners and start out the school year speaking little to no English. I hope to instill a sense of success and self confidence that will allow my students to continuously grow and become successful learners.
My students come from diverse backgrounds and living situations, I strive to give them a feeling of belonging and community in the classroom.
The abilities of each child is varying and some of my students are ESE. By blending students from different educational backgrounds my classroom fosters acceptance and willingness to learn from each other. My students learn to accept others differences and embrace their own. Each unique individual can learn from each other to become leaders not only in the classroom but in the school and later in life their communities.
My Project
My school is a Title school and lacks in funding to provide necessary resources to both teachers and students. By getting this funding and for a printer I can provide my students necessary materials. I can create handwriting worksheets and themed math activities to instill a love of learning in my young students hearts and minds.
Creating a learning experience that can help students develop critical thinking skills, fine motor skills and writing skills would be greatly impacted by having a printer in the classroom.
By having ready access to a printer to help personalize educational plans would benefit not only my current students but future students as well.
