This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
The students I teach are creative, thoughtful and have huge inquiring minds. They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions. They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically.
Even though most of the students that I teach come from impoverished areas, they are honestly some of the brightest and knowledgeable students that are eager to learn!
My Project
Help make printing accessible for my students as we currently do not have any means of printing. Our current printing situation is not good as we can not print in color or in black in white because our printer/copier is always down. It is very important to my students that they have printing because we do many group projects and many research papers that require printing, however, we have no access to it. My students are super bright and looking forward to going to middle school soon, and so we are trying our best to practice preparing them for this.
