My Students

On our 4th grade team, we share a vision with goals of how we want to grow together. The students' classroom Social Contract includes their desire to "strive for excellence." That is what we do, but we face the challenge of very limited resources.

In our school district, we believe in preparing our students for the 21st Century regardless of their background or circumstances.

We are a Title I school and have the highest number of ESOL students in our area. Our students are dedicated to growing as learners every single day!

My Project

My school is Title One and has a limited amount of prints for my classroom. The printers that I do have access to are all black and white. I've been using my personal printer from home to print out for my classroom. This has become a costly project, especially with teaching two classes. So many activities in my classroom would benefit from having their print outs in color, not just the standard black and white.

This HP printer and instant ink combo will help my students be able to branch out of the black and white world that schools have had to be moved to.

This printer will also allow me to print quickly in my classroom if needed, and not have to leave my classroom unattended when going to grab something off the printer.
