Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students live in great poverty and face so many challenges on a daily basis. Many of my students depend on school for their daily meals. Also, I have students that already have a child of their own while others are responsible for caring for their younger family members. Some students have only one parent involved in their life and I even have some students that are supporting themselves. What I have learned, every student has a story and my school provides a lot more for the students than just learning lessons.

My Project

In my math classroom, I often have the students working on different assignments in stations and groups. It is necessary to monitor the activities of the different groups to make sure that all students are participating and are on task. My students need to spend the maximum time I have with them on learning activities.

To assist in my endeavor, my students need to be able to print their notes from investigations, assignments, projects, etc as needed so as not to have to take a pause from learning.

It is essential that we have Cannon replacement ink cartridges available to keep the classroom running efficiently and allowing us to make the best use of our time. There is so much to learn and we do not have time to waste!
