Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

I teach special needs students in an urban public high school that has a high percentage of students who fall below the poverty level.

Most of my students do not have home computers and our school has just one computer lab which the students have limited access to.

My students would benefit greatly with a classroom printer and an extra ink cartridge to print out classwork and research papers. The students will also use the printer to print college and vocational applications, scholarship information, and job applications.

Your benevolence will ensure that my students have the equipment needed for college-prep curricula and the submission of college applications, scholarships, and financial information.
