Help me give my students the ability to print their work as well as the teachers to print out resources to help the students achieve goals!

My wonderful students come from challenged backgrounds, but they crave fun and exciting ways to learn. My students live in a low-income, inner-city neighborhood. All students receive free breakfast and lunch. My students have struggles at home and it is my job to make sure they are able to accomplish what they wish in school.
One of my goals as a teacher is to provide things that my children are lacking and to create a positive learning environment.
Most students come without supplies that are necessary to thrive in school.
In my school, we were lucky enough to receive a new community printer for our classes to share. This printer is shared with around 10 different classrooms on our floor. Teachers print out worksheets, parent communication letters, field trip information and applications, resources to create differentiated centers, certificates, data collection resources, and other paperwork that is needed for our students. Although we were lucky enough to receive this new printer, we were not lucky enough to have any extra toner on hand. We are at the end of this cartridge and are in desperate need of more toner so that we can continue to use it.
This printer is used to print resources for all of the second and third-grade teachers, the special education teachers, and a few others that need access to a printer.
The special education teachers need to print important documents such as IEPs and other important documents such as testing resources and parental consent forms. Without this printer, we will have to go to the main office to print things out. Many times this is a challenge because the office has their own documents to print out.
Another challenge is that our other community printers in the building are not properly maintained and often times break. This makes it hard to access the information that we need on a daily basis. This printer helps to support over 300 students on a daily basis.
