My students need toner replacement cartridges, colored paper, and laminating pouches so the I can continue to print games in color at home on bright papers.
The kindergarteners in my classroom come from a wide range of life experiences; some are from very traditional two parent working families, others may be from single parent homes, and some are immigrants from other continents. The one thing that links them is their love of learning! My kindergarteners are full of questions, excitement and enthusiasm! They can't wait to learn and are ready to share their learning with others. Through classroom meetings, social skills lessons, modeling and practice, we have blended into one big classroom family.
Kindergarteners are excited to learn and are happy to support each other in their learning.
They cheer for each other's successes and sympathize when there are struggles. They are learning critical social skills to use as they grow.
My Project
The games and activities in my classroom printed on Astrobrights paper with colored ink (fresh from my new toner refills) will engage my kindergarten students. I will keep the materials in good condition by laminating them with the Scotch laminating pouches. This way the games and activities I prepare for my current students will in great condition for future kindergarteners.
Kindergarteners learn best when provided with engaging, hands on activities.
Students love to play games, complete STEM challenges, and create their own games. I will be able to send more activities and games home with my students if I had these materials. This will help me foster a life long love of learning!
