Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Welcome to our exciting third grade class. The children come to school eager to learn and happy to greet me in the morning. We start the day with our grab -n- go breakfast and energy to seek new learning adventures!
The class consists of Special, General, and English Language Learners.
Most of the children have limited resources at home, so I seek to provide various materials for learning in school with your support.
Our district made the decision for a week of remote learning on TEAMS after the holidays. The children did a fantastic job. They transitioned well and the instruction ran smoothly. This Monday, the children will be back with me in school excited to read their projects we wrote about together in response to "Jack and the Beanstalk".
This is just one glimpse into the world of teaching third grade.
My Project
This ink will support my other project for a class printer. The children do not have grammar workbooks which is important in third grade. So many times, I want to print resources for my students to learn proper English. We always revert to post it notes frequently and tape them into notebooks.
The ink will make a difference in our classroom instruction and extended activities.
I will be able to print virtual activity lists, anchor charts, assignments and other resources valuable to the children. Children will be able to print and display their writing papers.
