My students need the Canon VIXIA HF R82 32GB HD Flash Memory Camcorder to create great projects for the classroom. Their public speaking as well as presentation skills will grow in leaps and bounds.

My Students

My students come from a diverse set of circumstances. Each student is unique and important to the make up of our classroom. I have students that come to school hungry due to lack of food at home. I have students that may come to school and were unable to take a bath last night because the lights were shut off. I have students that are from much better situations as well. No matter how they come to school they are a fun energetic group.

I love the students I work with and want to make learning as fun as I possibly can.

For some of these students school is the best place for them to be. It is an escape from their everyday, difficult life. My students at Cabool are eager to learn and I feel it is my job to keep their interest and entertain them as they learn.

My Project

Students will be able to use their creativity to tell stories and present them to the classroom. They will also be able to take a look at themselves and their presentation skills as well as their public speaking skills. Students will improve as they watch themselves and see what would make a speech or presentation better. This will help in the future as these students enter the job market or prepare for college. I want my students to be the best they can be and have the opportunities that students in other communities have. I feel that these video cameras can truly help these students progress toward a better future.
