My Students

I work with four and five year old children that absolutely love to sing and dance. They are fun and energetic. We are always looking for new ways to incorporate learning with music. The kids love moving and exercising to zero the hero, doing cosmic yoga and learning ABC raps by using you tube on the iPad. We have a music and movement portion of our day and it has become the most favorite part of the day! Children need time to move and take brain breaks!

My Project

The very first way children learn math is learning their shapes. We are always looking for fun an inventive ways for them to learn new concepts. If they don't know their shapes they can't move on to the next math concepts.

We also are looking to get some new building toys for our block area.

All children love to build and what better way by using magnetic blocks. My own children love them.

Finally, we ordered curtain rods for our new curtains and a rug for our take a break spot! Children are encouraged to take a break as they desire!
