This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our preschool students are amazing little rock stars! They love coming to school and learning. They also love the outdoors. They have worked so hard this year to get ready for Kindergarten.

Our families are beyond amazing as well.

The support and love they show for their children is spectacular. They volunteer in our classroom and attend parent-days. They are always involved in their child's learning and support us! We couldn't do what we do without them and we appreciate all that they do for us!

My Project

Students will be able to have access to their outside materials everyday. They will no longer have to drag them outside and then back inside. We currently have to take the toys out 2 times a day, and bring them in 2 times day since we have two preschool sessions. If we had outside storage we would have more time to play outside since we wouldn't have to worry about bringing the materials in and out of the classroom. We would love to be able to store our outside materials, and that would also help us have more space in our entry way for when parent's drop off their students.
