Help me give my students draw and write journals to practice their writing on a daily basis and dry erase markers to complete daily Math and Phonics instruction.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
In first grade, we are busy, busy, busy! My students are learning more and more each day. By the end of the year, I want them to be kind, independent and hard working. All of the materials I am requesting will help keep them motivated throughout the year.
My first graders are full of energy and eager to learn!
They are excited about school and all the things they will create in first grade.
My School is a Title 1 school full of love and dedicated staff and students. There is always something new and exciting going on in our building.
My Project
My students need draw and write journals to practice their writing on a daily basis. First graders love these journals because they make it easier for them to bring their writing to life. The lined pages help with good handwriting and the large space for a picture encourages detailed illustrations.
School supplies will be used on a regular basis to help students stay successful all year.
We use dry-erase markers and chart paper every day for language arts activities and math instruction. Brand new markers and crayons are more appealing to the students and inspire them to do their best!
