Help me give my students social emotional tools that will help them to understand their feelings, practice calming techniques and self-regulate their emotions.

My Project

Our preschool students are learning social emotional skills which are critical for their long term academic success. In class social-emotional learning looks like following routines and directions, cooperating with peers, or focusing on the speaker.

When preschool students are equipped with social emotional skills they are able to cope with challenges and develop healthy relationships.

Preschoolers will be able to understand what they are feeling through using the Moods and Emotions materials, and the books will teach them how to interact appropriately with others. My students also love to practice yoga as a way to calm their minds and bodies for learning, I know they will appreciate the yoga materials.
