This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Hi everyone, I am a teacher of a group of 12 preschool disabled students in a low income school district. I opened a brand new class in the month of Feb. of 2020 a month before the pandemic occurred. We then have been virtual until the month of March in 2021. This is the first full year of being in the classroom with a full group of students. I am also a brand new teacher out of college.

I want to give the parents a memorable gift for their child's graduation from pre-k.

This is my third year with this group of students and my final year with them since they are moving to kindergarten. I would like to provide the families with a memorable and a amazing graduation event plus a gift for the families to remember. Your support is greatly appreciated.

My Project

These gifts will help my students experience a graduation and feel the success that they have made within these past three years with me. These students continued learning with me through the time of the pandemic of both in person and virtual. These students have made huge strives towards success with the help of their parents and with the teachers of the school.

I would like to give these students and their families a memorable graduation for their child for working with me during the changes caused by the pandemic and a iconic moment for the students to remember throughout their lifelong of learning.

These parents spared much time and energy to sit next to their child and listen to me teach day in and day out. They were the greatest power behind their child's success during virtual learning and provided their child the best support.
