My Students

"I did it!" I love to hear those words from my students! I work hard everyday to hear and see my students work harder and harder and to finally "get it"!

Our school is unique.

We have a diverse ESOL population, a lot of special education students, a high poverty population, and several students that have experienced significant trauma in their life. This isn't unique but it does required a lot to help these students learn and "get it" every day.

My Project

Many of my students have slow processing and or a learning disability and need extra time to work on task like math facts and writing. Having laminating tools will allow us to provide them with activities that will carry over from day to day and will help my students get the practice in they need.

Lamination that will not peel away will keep the materials clean and new looking.

We also will be laminating visual materials that are used frequently throughout the day for some of our non-verbal students or students who need visuals to understand commands so they can understand and comply.
