Welcome to Mrs. M.’s library media center. My students range from grades K-5. In the library, they not only develop the love of reading but also learn digital citizenship, research skills, and how to work collaboratively on projects.
My school was honored to receive the 2017 National Blue Ribbon of Education Award.
Our students and staff are very proud of this achievement. I truly believe we have fabulous students, teachers, staff, and parents.
I am always looking for ways to develop meaningful learning opportunities for my students. My library media center provides my students with a place where they can develop the life long love of reading and learning. I provide a high level of instruction and enrichment while meeting the needs of individual learning styles and differences at all grade levels.
The Snap Circuit Classic Exploration kits will give my students the opportunity to learn about electricity and how closed circuits are created and how they work. Giving my students hands on opportunities to learn about circuits and electricity will inspire my students to learn about engineering topics.
Students at all grade levels will be able to create projects that range from simple circuits to more elaborate circuits.
5 kits will allow my students to work in small groups during makerspace during library time. These kits are STEM approved and the students will love using them while learning, making, and exploring.
