My Students

I teach an awesome group of twenty-five kindergarten students. I have a very diverse group of personalities and backgrounds that includes English language learners, students with special needs, and students from low socioeconomic families. But, most importantly, they are awesome kids who are eager to learn.

My students are bursting with enthusiasm and excitement for learning, and they love coming to school.

Kindergarten is such an important year because students are blank slates eager to soak up every bit of knowledge they can! It is an exciting year, and I love working with my students!

My Project

These bright papers help bring excitement into our daily classroom routines. The students love seeing the bright pages on the Focus Wall.

Bright pages help facts and words pop!

I use this bright paper to create posters that highlight important facts that are related to the lesson content. These posters are easy to post on the Focus Wall and bright enough that they stand out and are easy for the students to read.

I also use these bright pages for my sight words. The students love helping me hang these sight words up and often reference them during our writing time.
